Rockdale County School have made AYP for four consecutive years. We are centrally located in the state of Georgia located approximately 35 miles east of Atlanta but with a small town atmosphere. Rockdale County has access to all of the amenities of Atlanta including shopping, museums, and major sports and entertainment venues. It is also convenient to some of the best golf, equestrian, and water recreation areas in the state. Our school district has approximately 16,000 students and a state-of-the-art career/vocational academy.
